Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle rejection gracefully.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Offer guidance on buying, selling, or leasing properties in Dubai.
- Market Knowledge and Analysis:
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
- Provide clients with insights on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Sales and Leasing:
- Actively promote and sell residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve the best deal.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist clients with all necessary paperwork and legal documentation.
- Ensure transactions adhere to RERA regulations and company policies.
- Networking and Prospecting:
- Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a robust database of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and RERA regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
- RERA certification (a plus).
